Due to the nature of our small business and the fact that every product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges at present.
Please check our sizing guides thoroughly before ordering to ensure your garment will fit exactly how you want it to. Or you can always drop us a message on social media or email us at hello@neurospicyapparel.co.uk and we will reply as quickly as we can.
Damages and Issues
All our products are thoroughly checked before being dispatched, but if in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
